Enclosed in this page will be a variety of movements specifically for athletes and EVERYDAY people. The objective for this page is to help explain workouts verbally and visually therefore more athletes and non-athletes have an understanding of what they should be doing during their workouts. In no way are these workouts perfect for you though, you may not be able to perform each movement as seen in the videos. Each person is different, finding movements that WORK for you is more important. When doing movements be concise of your body and what it is telling you. Do not lift with your ego, be responsible when lifting weights and always ask questions if you are unsure about a movement.
